Max Njie ​

Max Njie is the Treasurer and Executive Director of Accounting and Finance. Mr. Njie is responsible for all the accounting and finance functions as well is risk management for The Chemico Group. He also manages external relationships with banks, insurance companies, auditors, external accountants, and regulatory agencies. Max has more than 24 years of finance and accounting experience and has served in various roles at different organizations prior to joining Chemico.

Max joined The Chemico group in December of 2015 as the corporate controller and was elevated to executive director in October 2021. Within one year of joining the organization, Mr. was able to help the company get out factoring to traditional financing by securing $30 million line of credit from PNC which has been renewed in January 2022 with an increase of $5 million.

Mr. Njie holds a BBA in Accounting from Davenport University (Detroit College of Business) and MBA from Eastern Kentucky University. Mr. Njie is also a Certified Public Accountant with active licenses in both Michigan and Kentucky.
