Product Overview
CHEMICO 8004 is a thick baffle barrier coating used to protect areas from paint overspray over longer periods of time than typical tacky paint booth coatings. 8004 is thicker and has a tackier consistency to protect exhaust fans, flood sheet areas, stacks, conveyers and other paint shop areas. It has been formulated to remain longer with a thicker viscosity. This product is designed to last on horizontal or vertical surfaces.
Applications
- Use to protect exhaust fans, air vents, flood sheets and other paint booth areas from overspray.
- Coat vestibules and other areas where air-borne particulates are present.
- Use at temperatures up to 180°C/356°F (product will begin to shift from a semi solid to a liquid state) to avoid drip
