Product Overview
Chemico 8011 is a barrier coating used to protect all types of paint booths and equipment from paint overspray. It is effective on all paints, even tenacious 2K clear coat. Protects walls, air house stacks, and surfaces below the booth. 8011 is a tacky grease that captures air borne particulates. It reduces manpower due to the ease of application and removal. This product clings to vertical and horizontal surfaces. 8011 comes in two main colors amber that provides a clear see through coating, and white that will brighten the inspection booth and increase visibility.
Applications
- Use to protect surfaces from overspray.
- Coat vestibules and other areas where air-borne particulates are present.
- Protect substrates underneath the grates even below the water line
