Product Overview
CHEMICO CG 2000 is used to provide temporary scratch resistance to newly painted surfaces in the automotive manufacturing assembly process. CG 2000 protects against in-system damage. This product is water-soluble and can be easily removed by a water test booth or car wash. Cost efficient and zero VOC.
Applications
- Protects painted finishes that are prone to in-system damage through the assembly process or parts during transportation.
- Substrate should be free of grease, oil, dirt, fingerprints, drawing compounds, rust inhibitors, or any other surface contamination that could affect adhesion.
